Creating Online Assignments

When creating online assignments, make sure they are as clear as possible. Be overly explicit with your directions; if you are requiring students to submit assignments digitally, tell them which buttons to push. If you want them to email you their homework responses, be clear what you want them to write and when things are due.

Differentiating Assignments

Remember, you need to make sure that your students with IEPs have access to appropriate texts. You can differentiate in Canvas and Google Classroom by creating assignments for specific students, not all students.
